We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates
- onboarding new affiliates and publishers
- track, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff
- develop new working strategies and their implementation
- screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
- meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit goals
- negotiate multiple payout structures on various models including CPA, CPL, CPI
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
- excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CCs products
- strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
- intermediate or higher level of English and excellent sales and negotiation skills
- highly organized and exceptional time management
- ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excel
- at least 2-year working experience in Affiliate-marketing
- accuracy in documentation and payment processes.
